  2. Nammakam tho Poradithe Gelupu Manade

IF “POTTI SRIRAMULU” ALONE CAN BRING SAPERATE STATE TO HIS PEOPLE , BY BECOMING “AMARA JEEVI” BECAUSE HE FORESEEN HIS GOAL , On the 15th of December, 1952, Sriramulu attained martyrdom , On the 19th December, 1952, Jawaharlal Nehru announced in the Lok Sabha that the Andhra State would be formed.

WITH IN “FOUR DAYS” OF HIS DEATH HE BROUGHT SEPARATE TO HIS PEOPLE.

MARI 45 MANDI CHANIPOYINAA KOODA MANAM ENDUKU SADHINCHU KOLEKA POTUNNAMU . THAT MEANS THERE IS SOME THING WRONG WITH US.

Either in co-operation with in ourselves or –
    “EVERO VASTHARANI EDO MELU CHESTARANI”,-
EVARI KOSAMO CHOOSTUNNARU , LEDAA MOOGAGA RODHISTU PRANALU ALA GAALIKI VADILESTHUNNARU.

  3. In an effort to gain an independent state, and protect the interests of the “Telugu people of Madras State”, Amarajeevi Potti Sriramulu fasted until death to form “Andhra State”, but not “Andhra Pradesh” (which is Andhra State + Telangana + RayalaSeema)

On 19th December, 1952, Jawaharlal Nehru announced in the Lok Sabha that the ‘Andhra State’ would be formed but it was technically not formed until 1 October 1953 – Andhra & ‘Andhra Pradesh’ in 1st November 1956. Refer to the timeline below for more details.

Its time we check & rewrite our history books, which skew many facts about Andhra State, Andhra Pradesh & not to Forget Telangana.

Potti Sriramulu was titled ‘Amarajeevi’ for many political reasons which is not the topic of the debate here.

mari 45 mandi chanipoyinaa kooda manam enduku sadhinchu koleka potunnamu. that means there is some thing wrong with us … … moogaga rodhistu pranalu ala gaaliki vadilesthunnaru.moogaga rodhistu pranalu ala gaaliki vadilesthunnaru” These quotes are equally ignorant & foolish as Bandaru Dattatreyas comment on Farmers suicides “vallu thinnadi aragaka aatmahatyalu chesukuntunnaru”

Its also a shame on the education system of our state & the mis-representation of Mainstream (print & Electronic) Media in discrediting genuine movements, just because it doesn’t have famous faces / names associated with it. Last but not the least the ignorance of the population in believing each & every politician / administrations farces.

    TimeLine:
19 October 1952 – Potti Sriramulu started fasting for attaining statehood for Andhra (Andhra State, but not Andhra Pradesh) in Madras on 19 October 1952.

15 December 1952 – On the midnight of 15th December (i.e. early 16 December 1952), Potti Sreeramulu died

1 October 1953 – Andhra (Andhra State, but not Andhra Pradesh) attained statehood on 1 October 1953 with Kurnool as its capital.

1st November 1956 – Andhra State merged with the Telangana region of Hyderabad State to form the state of Andhra Pradesh. Hyderabad, the former capital of the Hyderabad State, was made the capital of the new state Andhra Pradesh.
